Our Summit division features single-family semi-custom homes. In these communities, we offer move-in ready homes professionally designed with elevated features and finishes. You also have the option to select an available lot and floorplan and join us in the build process.

Summit floor plans range from approximately 1,600 square feet up to 3,620 square feet, with options for structural upgrades such as an additional bedroom, covered porch, or garage bump-out. You can also meet with our designers and select options for tile, flooring, cabinet colors and more.
